App Store & Subscriptions
If you purchase or subscribe to Nook via Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA applies, along with the specific points on this page. All payments, auto-renewing subscriptions, and billing transactions are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Refunds
We kindly ask that you contact support first - we constantly want to improve Nook, and your feedback is invaluable. You may request a refund for your App Store subscription or purchase directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
License
Nook is licensed to you, not sold. If you purchase or subscribe to Nook, you may install it on all compatible devices you own or control, provided it is for your personal, non-commercial use by a single user.
Backend Services & Bugs
We strive to build reliable software, but building bug-free apps and servers is nearly impossible. Because Nook connects to cloud backend infrastructure to fetch and process feeds, service availability depends on third-party uptime. We cannot guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted server access. Nook is not liable for potential service disruptions or data loss.
Third-Party Content
Nook allows you to search for, add, and consume content from external URLs and feeds. Nook does not own, verify, control, or take responsibility for any third-party websites, articles, or feed content accessed through the app.
Support
We read every email sent to [email protected]. We aim to answer all support inquiries within 10 business days. We appreciate your patience if we get behind.
Legal & Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, “crack,” or modify Nook or attempt unauthorized access to its backend API and infrastructure. Should a legal dispute arise, it will be governed by the laws of Canada, United States.
Intellectual Property
Program code, backend architecture, brands, and artwork are protected property. Please don’t steal or redistribute them.
